STEP 6: Submit an Offer

Once you find a home that you love, it’s time to make an offer! We’ll work together to determine the best price to offer based on the current market & competing offers. Sometimes, better terms on a contract can outweigh a higher price. That’s why you have us

STEP 7: Home Inspection & Negotiations

Our team schedules & organizes a licensed home inspector to every aspect of the home. This gives us the knowledge we need to get professional quotes on items that need the sellers attention prior to closing.

STEP 8: Complete Paperwork

Although it is an essential step in the process, nobody like dealing with the paperwork that comes with purchasing a property. Thankfully, your lender and title business will handle everything, so when you are done, you will know you are the official owner of your new house
